Prime Surprise Concrete Company was founded in 2024 right here in Surprise, AZ. The idea was simple: the West Valley needed a concrete contractor who treated every job - whether a backyard patio or a new driveway - with the same care a homeowner would expect on their own property.

Neighborhoods like Marley Park and Sun City Grand are full of homes that were built in the early 2000s, and those homes are reaching the age where driveways crack, patios settle, and foundations need attention. We got into this business because we saw a gap: plenty of contractors, but not enough who understood the desert soil, the permit process at the City of Surprise, and the HOA rules that govern so many of these communities.
